Today is the full day of the annual Islamic pilgrimage, Hajj. Every year almost two and a half million Muslims head to the Saudi cities of Mecca and Medina to take part in the event. But due to the coronavirus pandemic, Saudi Arabia had decided to heavily restrict the number of residents who can visit the holy sites.
