Riyadh Gov. Prince Faisal bin Bandar inaugurated the “Learn From Home” initiative on Thursday, which will provide more than 55,000 tablets to students in need to enable them to continue their education through remote learning.

Prince Faisal inaugurated the initiative in the presence of the director general of education in Riyadh, Hamad Al-Wahaibi, education directors in the region, and a representative from the Takaful Charity Association.

The initiative will support e-learning in the Kingdom, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, and promote cooperation between the public and private sector community in partnership with several entrepreneurs, charity associations and corporations in the region, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
