The ceremony focused on the re-enactment of the “Cry of Dolores”, a historical event that happened in small town of Dolores, Mexico, on the morning of Sept. 16, 1810, when Mexico´s founding father, Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, called the people to arms, marking the beginning of the Independence of Mexico.
Guests were delighted by the authentic Mexican food prepared by renowned chef Eduardo Perez.
