With truffle season underway, Al Faisaliah Hotel Riyadh is the latest to launch a white truffle menu at its Italian restaurant La Cucina.
The Saudi Arabian hotel’s festival is being managed by culinary director Cladys Magagna with a special menu available for nine days from November 16 to November 24.
Signature dishes including tagliolini pasta with white truffle and cheese fondue and a white truffle risotto will delight customers at La Cucina, with an a la carte menu on offer for both lunch and dinner during the nine days.
